In the use of garden machinery, various problems will inevitably occur, and we can easily eliminate them with some tips. Let's take a look at the tips for using and maintaining garden machinery.
If there are cracks on the parts of the machine, you should not use it reluctantly. But how to judge whether the part has cracks and where are the cracks? Soak the suspicious part in kerosene for 30 minutes, take it out and wipe the surface dry, and smear a layer of chalk dust on the surface. After a period of time, the chalk dust absorbs the kerosene from the cracks, making the cracked area change. Black, the cracked part of the part can be detected.
The cleverly installed tires first remove the rust on the rim, apply a thin layer of talcum powder between the inner and outer tires, then lay the rim flat and put on the outer tire. Use a pedal or a crowbar to pry one side of the tire into the rim, put the inner tube, and fix the garden ripper on the rim inflation valve hole with a wire, and finally install the other side of the tire. Starting from the corresponding position of the inflation valve, use a crowbar to pry a part of the tire into the rim, and then gradually install it from the inflation valve to both sides. At the same time, step on the tread opposite to the inflation valve with your foot. The traveller part of the tire is gradually fitted into the rim.
Ingenious installation of oil seal When installing an oil seal on the crankshaft, the inner end face of the seal is likely to be twisted, causing oil leakage. Roll a piece of clean thin hard paper into a flared roll, put the roll on the shaft, put the small end of the roll on the shaft end, put the oil seal on the small end of the roll, and gently apply the oil seal Screw on the shaft, the direction of rotation is consistent with the roll direction of the reel. When the oil seal is in place, slowly exit the reel.
Check cable wire breakage The cable used for the water pump is prone to breakage due to repeated folding and twisting during use. Use a 220V power plug to connect a 220V, 15W bulb in series to one of its power cords, and connect the two power cords to both ends of a core wire in the cable. After connecting the power source, the bulb lights up to indicate the line is connected. Otherwise, this core wire is broken. At this time, hold the cable with both hands and squeeze it towards the middle section by section. If the light is on, it means the wire is broken. Disconnect the power supply, cut the rubber sleeve with a knife, connect the broken wire, and then wrap it with insulating tape.
